Born to Explore is the first collection from the Matty Tales brand, inspired by the sea, children's imagination and the spirit of small discoveries. It is a story about children who are born to explore the world through play, freedom and adventure.

The beginning of the story

The first collection of the Matty Tales brand was born from a story about a boy who dreams of becoming a sailor, explorer, and discoverer of new worlds.

This is the story of Matty, a little boy who lives by the sea, collects shells, watches ships in the harbor, and imagines his own great expeditions.

It is inspired by the stories of great ocean explorers, the atmosphere of sea adventures and the freedom of life by the water. One of the main inspirations for creating this collection was the image of Jacques-Yves Cousteau - a man who dedicated his life to exploring the world and knew how to look at nature with admiration and respect.

That is why the Born to Explore collection is filled with nautical symbols, the atmosphere of travel, and the spirit of children's discoveries.

The brand's creative director and designer Yana Bilyaeva created this collection, inspired by her own experience of motherhood and observing how her son discovers the world anew every day.
That's why Born to Explore turned out so vivid and emotional — it was born not just as a design project, but as an attempt to preserve the true feeling of childhood.

In the future, Matty's story will become part of the Matty Tales brand book, and the symbols of the collection will continue to live on in play, communication, and interaction between parents and children.
